Hotel Rules

Dear Guest, to ensure the security of the Hotel and the safety of you and your property during your stay at the Hotel, please note the following terms:

I. IN AND OUT:
  • Check-in time: 14:00 (Please contact the new hotel if you need to check in earlier than the specified time).
  • Check out time: 12 time time. After 12pm to 5pm, an additional 50% of the room rate will be charged. After 5pm, clean up all day.
  • Hotel check-in must present a photo ID.

II. PERSONAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT:
  • Please do not to map with value in room. The hotel will not be responsible for any damage, loss of money, jewelry and other valuables left in the room.
  • The hotel only preserves forgotten belongings within 30 days from the time of check-out.

III. SECURITY - SAFETY REGULATIONS:
  • Flammable substances, explosives, weapons, poisons, drugs cannot be brought into the Hotel.
  • Do not bring prostitutes into the hotel.
  • Not ament file for lost order at Hotel.
  • Guests are not allowed to smoke in the room and there are no smoking signs on the upper floors. In case smoking is detected in a prohibited place, or when a fire alarm is reported, a fine and payment will be made according to the regulations of the Hotel Management Board. Please smoke on the 5th floor terrace or front yard of the hotel.
  • Baking, laundry and clothing are not allowed in the room.
  • Do not arbitrarily convert, install furniture, hotel equipment.
  • The hotel will report suspected illegal activities to the authorities and have authority from the valet.

IV. I DISCOUNT BOOK:
  • The hotel will have to compensate if the loss, damage, loss of property, equipment of the hotel. Price list of applications / equipment in the room for compensation. If items and equipment are not on the list, the penalty will be based on the market price of the new product of the same type.

V. CLEANING & ROOM POLICY:
  • Durians, amphibians and animals are not allowed in the Hotel.
  • To be safe and private, the hotel will not clean the room when there are guests in the room and without the consent of the customer. Room cleaning time is from 7am to 5pm daily. Please notify the receptionist or put up the sign "Please clean the room" if you have a need.

VI. DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
  • Guests are not allowed to enter the room after up to 10 hours. However, in case of necessity, it must be approved by the Hotel Management Board.
  • It is not possible to arbitrarily stay more people in the room without the consent of the Hotel Management Board, surcharges according to the regulations of the Hotel.
